Terms of Use & Program Policies
These Terms of Use govern your purchase of, enrollment in, access to, and participation in educational programs offered by Royal Flush RV, including the Flush: RV Tank Cleaning Training Program and Specialize: Building a Profitable RV Service Business Training Program. These Terms apply in addition to any Program Policies, terms, or requirements specific to the program you purchase.
Before you register for this training program, carefully review the Terms of Use & Program Policies. Registering for this training program indicates your acceptance of all the terms and conditions set forth below.
The Programs
Flush: RV Tank Cleaning Training Program and Specialize: Building a Profitable RV Service Business Training Program (collectively, the "Programs") are owned by Brenda Puckett of Royal Flush RV ("Royal Flush RV"). Royal Flush RV is a trade name (DBA) of Queen Bee RV, LLC. For purposes of these Terms of Use & Program Policies, "Program" refers to the specific training program in which the Participant is enrolled, and "Programs" refers collectively to all training programs offered by Royal Flush RV.
The Programs are self-paced, 100% online training programs and may include videos, written modules, step-by-step instruction, downloadable resources, live or recorded online sessions, and access to a private Facebook group, depending on the specific program purchased. The Programs do not include shadowing or in-person, hands-on training unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Program Policies and Terms of Use are between Royal Flush RV and the person purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using the Programs and other copyrighted materials made available to the registered user ("Participant" or "You") in the training modules and the private Facebook group.
These Terms of Use & Program Policies constitute a binding agreement between Royal Flush RV and the Participant and govern the Participant's use of the Programs.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use & Program Policies, do not register for, enroll in, or access the Programs.
Binding Terms and Changes
By registering for, enrolling in, accessing, or using a Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use & Program Policies.
Brenda Puckett / Royal Flush RV may revise these Terms of Use & Program Policies from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the applicable Program or on the Royal Flush RV training site and will become effective immediately upon posting. Royal Flush RV may also provide notice of changes through email or another reasonable method of communication.
Your continued use of the Program after such changes have been posted or communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use & Program Policies.
Password Use and Security
By enrolling in the Program and agreeing to these Terms of Use & Program Policies, You acknowledge that the Program is for Your exclusive use only. Use or sharing of Your User Name and Password by another person is not permitted and may result in the immediate termination of Your access to the Program without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your User Name and Password and for all activities that occur under Your User Name and Password. You agree to immediately notify Brenda Puckett / Royal Flush RV if You become aware of or have reason to believe that there is any unauthorized use of Your account or any other breach of security. You also agree to take all reasonable steps to stop such unauthorized use and to cooperate with Brenda Puckett / Royal Flush RV in any investigation of such unauthorized uses or of infringements of Brenda Puckett / Royal Flush RV’s intellectual property rights in the Program.
Brenda Puckett / Royal Flush RV shall have the sole right, at our expense, to bring any action on account of such infringements or unauthorized uses. Brenda Puckett / Royal Flush RV is in no way liable for any claims related to the use or misuse of Your User Name and Password due to the activities of any third party outside of our control or due to Your failure to maintain their confidentiality and security.
Permitted Use
The Program is solely for The Participant’s personal information and education and to develop The Participant’s personal RV service business.
The Participant may not use the Program materials in any way in exchange for monetary consideration (such as offering training, for example). Individuals other than the Participant may not access or view the training modules or use supporting materials, whether electronically or in print.
The Participant’s access and use of the Program is subject to these Terms of Use & Program Policies and all applicable laws. By accessing the Program, You accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use & Program Policies and acknowledge that any other agreement between you, Royal Flush RV, and/or Brenda Puckett with regard to the subject matter hereof are superseded and of no force or effect.
The Participant may only use this online access in a way that conforms to all applicable laws and regulations. Except as expressly granted by this agreement, You acquire no right, title or license in the Program or the content or other data or materials incorporated in the Program and may not sublicense, sell, modify, or resell the whole or any part of the Program or its contents.
Except as expressed granted by this agreement, You may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, or use the Program or the content or other data or materials incorporated in the Program without Brenda Puckett / Royal Flush RV’s permission. You may not commingle any portion of the Program with any other information and shall not edit, modify, or alter any portion.
Any violation or abuse of the Terms of Use & Program Policies will result in the immediate and permanent cessation of access to the Program, the training materials, the private Facebook group, and of your access to use the Program, and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under all applicable laws, treaties, and conventions.
Copyright
The Program is protected by copyright under the laws of the United States. Unless otherwise indicated, all information included in this program is Copyright © by Brenda Puckett and Royal Flush RV. All rights reserved worldwide.
You may not reuse, distribute, modify, transmit, report, use, reprint, or copy the contents of the program, including the text, images, audio, video, and the business name Royal Flush RV or any related or similar name, for public or commercial purposes, without the written permission of Brenda Puckett and Royal Flush RV.
The Participant may not disseminate any portion of the training through electronic means, including emails lists or bulletin boards, without the prior consent of Brenda Puckett / Royal Flush RV.
If you want to reuse, distribute, modify, transmit, report, use, reprint, or copy any information that is NOT the property of Brenda Puckett and Royal Flush RV, you must contact the rightful owners to obtain permission. Brenda Puckett and Royal Flush RV accepts no responsibility for violations of the intellectual property of others by any party using this Program.
All other trademarks, articles, publications, books, tapes, web sites, product names, company names, logos, and other materials cited herein are the legal and intellectual property of their respective owners.
Some links within this Program may lead to other websites, including those operated and maintained by third parties. Brenda Puckett and Royal Flush RV includes these links solely as a convenience to you, and the presence of such a link does not imply a responsibility for the linked site or an endorsement of the linked site, its operator, or its contents (exceptions may apply).
The Program Content
The Programs are based on the training, professional experience, and educational background of Brenda Puckett, owner of Royal Flush RV. They are designed to provide practical instruction and guidance on the subject matter covered. The Programs are not intended to address every possible situation or provide every available resource related to the topics presented, but rather to complement, amplify, and supplement other learning and professional experience.
The materials contained on this Program are provided for general information and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, health, safety, or any other professional advice on any subject matter.
Descriptions of, or references to, products or publications does not imply endorsement of that product or publication.
The Program is continually under development and changes may be made to the Program at any time.
Program Fee and Access
Royal Flush RV charges a Program fee for access to the Program content. Access to the Program and the private Facebook group will only be available once the Program fee has been paid in full.
Access to the training materials in the Program will be available for one year, and Your access to the training materials will be terminated at the end of the term in effect.
The Participant is also responsible for any charges incurred to access the Program, such as fees charged by an Internet access provider.
Refund Policy
Due to the online nature and instant access of the training modules, the Program registration, once purchased, is not refundable.
No Assignment
This agreement is personal to You, and You may not assign Your rights or obligations to anyone.
No Waiver
Neither failure or delay on the part of any party to exercise any right, remedy, power or privilege hereunder nor course of dealing between the parties shall operate as a waiver thereof, or of the exercise of any other right, remedy, power or privilege. No term of this agreement shall be deemed waived, and no breach consented to, unless such waiver or consent shall be in writing and signed by the party claimed to have waived or consented. No waiver of any rights or consent to any breaches shall constitute a waiver of any other rights or consent to any other breach.
Severability
If any provision in this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the agreement shall be deemed reformed by replacing such invalidated or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that corresponds as closely as possible to the intentions of the parties as expressed by the invalidated or unenforceable provision.
Limitation of Liability
Brenda Puckett / Royal Flush RV have made every effort to accurately represent the Program and its potential.
Your success depends on any number of factors, including your background, dedication, desire, and motivation. By joining this Program, you acknowledge that as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money as a result of your participation in the Program.
Brenda Puckett / Royal Flush RV is not liable or in any way responsible for any decision made, or action taken or not taken, or outcome resulting from reliance upon the information provided through this Program.
In no event shall Brenda Puckett / Royal Flush RV, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors be liable to you or to any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise), arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Program or the content therein.
The Program is provided "as is," and you rely on the training and its contents at your own risk. There are no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to: No representations or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the service; and no representations or warranties that the service or anything else provided pursuant to this Agreement will not infringe proprietary rights of third parties.
In other words, You accept full responsibility for yourself, your results, your business, and any actions you take as a result of what you learn in the Program.
Entire Agreement
As stated above, these Terms of Use & Program Policies and any additional guidelines, rules and/or disclaimers posted on the training module site, the private Facebook group, or on notices provided to you are incorporated into this agreement by reference as if fully restated herein. These Terms of Use & Program Policies constitute the entire agreement between You and Brenda Puckett / Royal Flush RV governing Your use of our training materials and supersedes any prior agreements, if any, between You and Brenda Puckett / Royal Flush RV relating to any matter dealt with in this agreement. You may also be subject to additional terms that apply when You deal with advertisers or use links.
